These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of inarasourcing.com (the "Site"), operated by INARA SOURCING LIMITED ("Inara Sourcing", "we", "our" or "us"), an apparel buying house and sourcing company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site introduces our sourcing services, product categories, capabilities and team, and lets buyers contact us. It is provided for general business information only.
2. No Offer or Contract
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a binding quotation. Quotations, samples, purchase orders, prices, payment terms, delivery dates and quality standards are agreed separately in writing for each order. Those written agreements govern our work for you, and they take priority over anything on the Site.
3. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date. Product photos, categories, capacities, lead times, statistics and other figures describe typical work and are indicative only. Actual specifications, capacities and timelines depend on each order and are confirmed in writing.
4. Your Enquiries and Materials
When you send us an enquiry, tech pack, design, artwork or sample information:
You confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
It remains your property. We use it only to evaluate, quote and fulfil your request, which may include sharing it with partner factories and suppliers we approach on your behalf.
If your materials are confidential, please tell us. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share them.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Break any applicable law or regulation.
Send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact form.
Try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system.
Scrape, copy or harvest content or contact details from the Site using automated means.
Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
Impersonate any person or company.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's content, including text, photographs, graphics, the "Inara Sourcing" name and the Inara logo, belongs to Inara Sourcing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify or republish content without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Names, Logos and Certifications
Client names and logos, certification marks and other third-party trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. We display them to show business relationships and standards relevant to our work. Their display does not mean those owners endorse the Site.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, WeChat and LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inara Sourcing is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information on it. Our liability for orders is governed by the written agreement for each order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate Inara Sourcing for any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share through the Site or with our team.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your own country.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
